For assignment activity, please do the following.

1. Go through the PDB website

2. Familiarize with more details given for the PDB deposition

3. Go through the header details of the file that is downloaded

4. Go through the given IDs from PDB website for enzyme DHFR and it’s complexes.

	a. 2L28 for apo enzyme and multiple conformers 

	b. 1DIS for binary complex

	c. 3DAT for ternary complex

5. Notice the presence and absence of hydrogen atoms  in the structure files

6. Familiarize with 

	a. Hydrogen bonding with ligands

	b. Conformational changes 

in the enzyme
