  1. Load the .pdb file of enzyme Lysozyme on Jmol panel. 

  2. Highlight the substrate bound to the enzyme. 

  3. Highlight the amino acids at the active site. 

  4. Hint: Get the pdb file of Lysozyme from PDB database.
